St Albans City Band are pleased to offer the services of their recently formed Ten Piece group for your entertainment. The group have recently performed two well received programmes at the St Albans Beer Festival, and at Rothamsted Manor in Harpenden and are the ideal choice for both private and public events.
The Ten Piece group of St Albans City Band have rapidly been making a name for themselves in the local area over the past few months, with a number of engagements already under their belts including fetes at Hertingfordbury and Kinsbourne Green, an appearance at St Albans Beer Festival and a formal concert in aid of Jumbulance Holidays in the Grand Drawing Room at Rothamsted Manor in Harpenden. The group is formed of members of the regular Band who play a wide variety of music both classic and modern, all arranged for ten players. A number of solos and group features are part of the repertoire along with just about every music style that exists from jazz to marches, classical to rock and everything in between!
The Ten Piece group is ideal for events where a full band of approximately 25 players would be out of place - more intimate venues such as small weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and suchlike are just the sort of place where the Ten Piece group will be in its element although all circumstances will be considered.
